Why were Tina Shepard and her mother, Amanda, mourning the death of Tina's father, John? He was an alcoholic who frequently abused his wife. I think that he fully deserved his fate. Somebody like him would gladly use the alcoholism as an excuse to do bad things. And alcohol does not absolve the abuser from his actions. Why were they mourning his death if he deserved it?

For me, I choose Benicio del Toro or Russell Crowe. What about you?
He mad ugly though
Hellooo!
It's spooky season, the time where we eat too many sweets (candy, I'm from the UK) and either get bored during a horror flick that disappoints, or sleep with the lights on a week later thinking an axe-wielding killer is lurking round the corner.
This Halloween, Fandom is highlighting the Villains that make up some iconic horror franchises. We celebrated the Final Girls a while ago, now it's time for the Villains to take center stage.
We need YOUR help! We really want to drill down into what makes a good villain. Who is the best villain? What makes them scary? Why do we sleep at night with the lights on? (or is that just me?)
I would love it if you could share some of your insights with me, so I could quote you in the blog. If you don't know where to start, I'd love to hear more about:
What makes a good villain?
What’s the appeal to editing wikis about “bad guys”?
If you were a villain, what do you think your origin story would be?
Has there been an instance where you were really rooting for the villain to win over the heroes? What was it and why?
What is your favourite villain-themed fun fact?
Any questions, let me know and I can't wait to hear back from all of you!
Why do you guys think f13 (1980) takes place in 1979? it was released in 1980, and at the start says present day. so idk how you guys came up with 1979
I’ve been binging ANOES and F13 movies leading up to FvJ, and it’s been a while since I’ve seen the movie so when I watched it again for so long I realized that FvJ is basically A Nightmare on Elm Street sequel guest starring Jason Voorhees.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Freddy vs Jason but the film focused more on the Freddy tone than Jason. To somewhat reinforce this opinion, the story pays more attention to not just the Freddy lore and character but the Springwood setting takes up about 85 percent of the film and 15 percent on Camp Crystal Lake.
Also the characters payed more attention to Freddy, obviously so since he’s the most cunning and intelligent but there is not enough emphasis on Jason since his story is told through exposition by Stubbs and Jason’s dream world before and after Freddy’s interference. But there are also no characters that know Jason on a personal level. Should the film had created a character or brought back a character from the Friday films who had a vendetta against Jason then maybe the film would have had a perfect balance of Freddy and Jason.
This is mostly my opinion but I find it interesting that the film takes more on Freddy’s side then Jason, in terms of the story and setting.
What do you guys think?
As you can see I freaking love Jason (he's my PFP!) and I kinda made an OC/AU
OK, so Nellie, my main OC's Mom, Francesca, and Pamela were BEST FRIENDS, so, naturally, Nellie and Jason grew up together. Nellie tried to save Jason but ultimately failed, taking up voice acting as a coping mechanism, among other things. It worked for a while until she ran into a few of the surviving bullies in her late teens and... beat their heads in with a shovel. She now has her own standalone murder career in which she uses the voice acting skill she developed to lull her victims into a false sense of security. I do have the idea of her reuniting with Jason, they fight until they recognize each other, and then have this super wholesome reunion moment. Nickname for the OC is "Echo" I ALSO have a roleswap AU in which Nellie and Jason SWITCH positions, these alternate versions are known as "Nellie" and "Mimic".
It is still currently undecided whether or not their relationship ends up romantic, but it is known that they care for each other deeply.
IDK I just thought it was cool... do what you want with this info
I am curious: Has there ever been lost media involved in this franchise, like a lost episode, a promotional video or photo, or a lost script, something like that?
So basically, in what order would you place all FT13 movies chronologically?

I have only seen a handful of the movies but I have a few questions I've picked up on if one of you can answer for me.
1.Why is jason able to come back from the dead? Just based on my viewings only one else who came back in that verse was freddy and the dad of that one psychic girl. Is it a magic spell, a demon brings him back, is he a mutant what exactly?
2.How come he was able to age up when he came back only to rot over time as opposed to becoming an old man and then rotting? Its like he has some age infliction where he ages quickly.
3.Has he ever talked, like in full sentences? Only thing I recall him saying is mommy in that takes manhattan movie. I know people like michael meyers and leatherface have spoken in full sentences but I never knew if jason did or not.
