Normally a tool for picking through ice, this lowly tool was the first weapon ever used by Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th Part 2.
It was owned by Alice Hardy, who wielded it while investigating her house for an intruder. After being scared by the severed head of Pamela Voorhees in her refrigerator, Jason ambushes her from behind and takes the ice pick and stabs her through the temple, killing her. It was presumably left in her head as Jason takes her body to his shack.
