In the summer of 1984, Loco, while passing through Crystal Lake with fellow bikers Ali and Fox, stops at a convenience store, where he and his friends start giving customers Vera Sanchez and Shelly Finkelstein grief. Grabbing Shelly with Ali, Loco holds him while Fox taunts Vera, making her ask for Shelly's earlier thrown wallet and call her ma'am. When Fox eventually does give Vera the wallet, Loco and Ali let Shelly go.[1]

Shortly after having their motorcycles wrecked by Shelly as revenge for their harassment, Loco and his companions follow Shelly and Vera to Higgins Haven, where Loco, keeping lookout signals for his friends to come out of hiding when the coast is clear. Along with Ali, Loco begins siphoning gas from Chris Higgins' van, planning on using the fuel to set fire to the Higgins' barn. When Ali fills up a canister of gas, Loco grabs it and heads to the barn, where he finds Fox, who had earlier wandered off, happily swinging from a suspended rope and pulley on the second floor of the building. Demanding Fox to get down and help him, Loco fails to notice Jason Voorhees grab her, take her inside and kill her. Going in the barn to look for Fox, Loco climbs up onto the second floor and finds Fox dead, having been pinned to a barn rafter by her throat with a sharp pitchfork.[1]

Staring in shock at Fox's corpse, Loco is attacked by Jason, who impales him with another pitchfork. After killing Loco, Jason rolls his body onto the bottom floor of the barn and later hangs him upside-down from a tree.[1] Loco's corpse, still suspended from the tree, is later found and taken away by the authorities and the paramedics.[2]
