Miles Wolfe was a character in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan. He was a student aboard the SS Lazarus graduate cruise and Jason Voorhees' 78th victim.
Biography
Miles is a student and best friends of Wayne Webber, Julius Gaw and Sean Robertson. When Sean's father Admiral Robertson turns up dead, he and the other students band together to hunt down the culprit, Jason Voorhees. Miles encounters Jason out on the ship's stern, he tries to fight Jason with his ax but Jason blocked the attack and threw the ax away (not like putting stuff in the garbage) after he realizes he cannot win the fight against the killer, he attempts to flee up the ship's mast. Jason proves too fast for him and tosses him off like a rag doll, where he lands on the ship's radio antenna, killing him instantly. His corpse along with the corpses of the deck hand, Wayne Webber, a crew member he didn't mean to kill, Jim Carlson, Admiral Robertson, Tamara Mason, Eva Watanabe, J.J. Jarret, and a boxer will permanently be on he S.S. Lazarus at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.
Trivia
Miles' death was cut by the MPAA, the original cut apparently showing him falling onto the antenna instead of only showing the aftermath..
Supposedly, a deleted scene revealed Miles' to be a champion high-diver, giving his death a sort of poetic justice.
