Private Sven Katzjeve is a character in the film Jason X, in which he is portrayed by Thomas Seniuk.
Biography
In 2455, Sven, along with several other ex-grunts, is hired to act as security on the spaceship The Grendel, which is being used to transport a group of students from Earth II to the original Earth, which had, centuries ago, become a dead world.
Sven first appears alongside his fellow grunts performing maintenance duties on The Grendel. When Jason Voorhees, who had been cryogenically frozen Earth and taken onto The Grendel by Prof. Braithwaite Lowe, revives and begins killing people aboard The Grendel, Sven and most of his fellow grunts are assembled by Sgt. Brodski and sent out to find and kill Jason. Discovering Jason in the middle of attacking Crutch, the engineer of The Grendel, Sven and his teammates open fire on him, forcing Jason into retreating. Going after Jason with fellow grunts Pvt. Geko, Pvt. Kicker, Pvt. Condor, and Pvt. Briggs, Sven, while searching a hallway, is grabbed by Jason. Dragged away by Jason, the struggling Sven is killed when Jason snaps his neck, dropping his body on the floor and leaving it afterwards. Sven's body is later found by Geko.
He is Jason Voorhees' 122nd victim.
